I missed a post...

Have you noticed? I didn't post last week...
...the fact is that I  have been overworking, and, a more reason was that  it poured nearly the whole week here ...

and I had no extra photos to post!

The most relevant event of my week has been a nice flower and flea market  which I visited in the only sunny day ( ! )

I was wearing a two-fabrics dress

Which at a first sight looks like a blouse and a skirt.

In the market there was a lot of ( very photogenic )stuff
and that, perhaps, was one of the  reasons why I visited it!

while I was strolling about the flea market, something caught my attention

so I brought home this cute plaster sparrow ...

which is now waiting for me  on the coffee table of my sitting room ...
:-)

  1. A very desirable dress! No brand name?? I love it. It might also look good on me... eh? LOL
But it certainly looks terrific on you. Your jacket is a very good addition.
And that bag is still sooo my taste. Had I seen it in Serravalle, it would have been in your suitcase too.
    Thinking of you often.

    1. Oh, yes, I forgot to say it ... both the dress and the jacket are by the Max Mara group, bought at the outlet of Torino...It would be perfect on you!
We have spent so perfect days together!

  2. That chair is fantastic Dan! I love it! And you know me and birds...your plaster bird is so sweet! It would have come home with me too! Such a shame when work gets in the way of blogging {wink}...but you managed to get to the flower market and look gorgeous and chic while you were out. Of course, you always look so lovely Dan! xo Nice to see you.

  4. I absolutely DID think you were wearing a skirt and blouse. I like it even more as a dress, though. One piece dressing is so easy. It is a beautiful dress and you are lovely in it. Isn't flea market shopping so nice? It is entirely different from "necessary" shopping - anything you bring home is a treasure.

  5. A post a week is pretty darn ambitious, if you ask me. Lovely comfy outfit. Sweet bird purchase. Go sit and have a glass of wine. Take as much time as you need between posts. We're not going anywhere.

  10. Sounds like you are having weather similar to what we are having. I want to paint a bunch of things outdoors, but it's not happened yet since we have had only rainy and windy days. I love your outfit and that little bird is cute, I probably would have bought it too. It can be your reminder that spring will be back!

  11. OK, who goes to a flea market looking so pulled together? I love the two piece dress!

Flea markets are something I really enjoy. This particular market looks better than many, and I love the bird! What a delightful find. I'm glad the weather was mild enough for a nice outdoor event. It has turned cold and windy here with rain forecast for the next five days.

    Hugs!
