Have you realized?? It's Spring again!!! And the flowers have started blooming ...
( I wish it is the same in your part of the world! )
I have just find a pair of earrings really perfect for my today's mood
And I am wearing a green ( do you call it green? ) dress
to celebrate the passage from Winter to the new season!
I love big cities because you can always find something special that makes you feel like a princess!
and in these days also delicious chocolate eggs!
I can only look at them, because as I said last week, I have bought mine.
To tell the second half of the story...my Easter egg is already over! :-(
Look at these small ones! They would perfectly match my dress...
O.k., I will be a good girl this time...no extra chocolate!
fennel, kiwi and raisins salad for dinner today!!
The proximity of Easter shows.
ReplyDeleteThese chocolate eggs the same color as your dress creates a fine atmosphere .
You are very pretty with your new earrings . They are beautiful. It is true that resemble trees in bloom.
Have an amazing body . It's nice to see you.
kisses
I have been eagerly waiting for Spring, Curra! And now it's here...
DeleteWhen I saw those earring in the window shop, immediatly remember the blooming of that tree I had seen some days before. The flowers are quite alike!
Oh yes, I'm aware that it is spring! Love the earrings, Dan.
ReplyDeleteFloral earrings are among my favourite! I have a set of them...
DeleteThose earrings are so beautiful! And the teal dress fits you to perfection. Great outfit!

I couldn't miss the appointment, dear!
DeleteReally beautiful and elegant earrings! The dress looks blue on my screen, I only can imagine it green. But whatever the colour it looks great on you.
ReplyDeleteThe colour of the dress is difficult to define...half way from blue and green...and I find it goes nicely with those light colour earrings, besides, I have found yesterday in my closet a necklace in a similar colour! ( I have so many forgotten things in my closet!! )
DeleteSuch pretty photos! The dress is very pretty, it looks teal or turquoise colored on my screen. Those earrings are gorgeous, a great addition to the outfit. They look vintage, are they? Spring is really trying here, but no flowers just yet. The daffodils are coming up, but no blooms.
ReplyDeleteMy earrings aren't vintage, but reproduce that style...I am glad that you like the photos Flo, as ... you are a very good photoghapher!!
DeleteYou're looking very spring-y! :) Unfortunately, from my neck of the woods, it's gone colder again. I think it's the last hurrah before proper spring. Though I love spring, it's not good for my hayfever. My symptoms started yesterday and I need to be on medication. So there, that's the trouble with spring. But I do look forward to not wearing tights! Have a good week.
ReplyDeletePoor dear! Hayfever must be very annoying! That is the bad side of Spring for many people!
DeleteMe too can't stand tights when temperatures are mild!!
Thanks, Maria!
ReplyDeleteYour beautiful earrings are perfect to celebrate spring and your dress is as well. These cute color is so fresh and vibrant. You look lovely in it!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy pre easter time dear Dan!

Spring is a very joyful season and I really wait for it after the long winter... to be honest, I always find a good reason for a little present! :-)
DeleteThanks Sabine, Easter is almost here...
No Spring here yet. But I am glad it is in your place (😄😁😇). The dress shows off your beautiful figure very well. Very sexy with that bit of lace peeping out at the top. And I think I would call the colour petrol.
ReplyDeleteThe earrings are gorgeous. What material are they? They are ever so good with the dress as they demand some attention.
By the way, is there anything on your wishlist I can bring you from The Netherlands?
Greetje
Yes, for me too the colour is petrol...my earrings are made of metal and plastic and they are very light. The brand is Sodini, one of my favourite! They have some pieces soooo lovely in their new collection...
DeleteWhat I want from The Netherlands is ... my dear friend Greetje! ( is there anything better than that??? )
What a sweet thing to say! Sounds like you two are getting together again...how wonderful!
DeleteOh, yes! And I can't wait!! Four days with Greetje:a dream!!
DeleteI too love the window displays in the big cities! The chocolate displays in your city are indeed decadent! I'd find it difficult to say no!
ReplyDeleteLovely dress for these early days of spring. I've not heard the word petrol as a colour before. We might call your dress teal! No matter the word, you are looking radiant in it!
The dogwood flower is BC's provincial flower!
I can't give up at chocolate, a real passion for me! Better stay away from those displays...
DeleteSpring is a magic season : it deserves the best of my closet! :-)
What perfect little dogwood earrings to celebrate the spring! So beautiful, and you make them perfect. Have a happy spring, Gorgeous Dan!
ReplyDeleteOh thanks, Jan! I have just learned a new word : dogwood! Happy start of Spring to you too!!
DeleteWhat a lovely post Dan and so perfect for Spring. You look very elegant as always and I love this colour on you!!. The earrings are exquisite. The salad looks delicious and healthy! It does not look like Spring where I live and it actually snowed today!
ReplyDeleteHappy Easter my dear Dan!
♥ carmen
I am not a veg, but I am trying to eat less and less meat...and luckily I am a fan of salad!!
DeleteThe earrings are a perfect pair for Spring. I have a similar pair (not as gorgeous as yours of course) somewhere in the jewelry box. It's time to take them out! You look so put together as always, Dan :)
ReplyDeleteThose pretty earrings are Spring itself and perfect with your dress which I would call teal in colour. The Easter window displays are certainly much more impressive than those here, I could so easily have seduced into buying. Enjoy your Easter, Dan.
ReplyDeleteThose eggs look beautiful. I'm a huge fan of chocolate Easter eggs! I know I should eat your delicious looking salad rather than too much chocolate! Happy Easter!

ReplyDeleteYes, happy Spring! I love your dress, on my computer it looks like an aqua or teal shade- stunning!
ReplyDeleteAlso love the white earrings with the diamonds, or rhinestones. The perfect sparkle!
I love white for sunglasses this year and jewelry!
