Vespa!

Hi, dearest! For me there are only a few things more summery than driving a Vespa ( = wasp, in Italy the name of the scooter )

So, when I noticed there was one parked in an alley, I couldn't resist to the temptation to ride it!

Summer holidays! Time to develope my projects ( see  last post ) and to go to my favourite hairdresser for a trim!
So, before the heat ruins  my hairstyle...better take some photos!!!

Today I decided for a cotton dress without sleeves, flat sandals...

... and a white and blue necklace ...

The strong, sharp light

makes me happy ...

and a Vespa

makes me smile ...
:-)

I hope that you too are enjoying the summer!

A summer project

Summer is the season in which I realize most of my stuff.
Mainly, for two reasons: the long days off work and my staying  in the Ligurian hinterland.

Plus, the other day, surfing in the net, I came across Antonello Tedde's luxury bags
( hand-woven for holidays, perfect for sea resort, chic anytime! )

Well, it was a flash! I wanted something of the kind...

a huge, cotton bag for the beach!

In a few days it was sewed and ready!!
( not really ready, as you can see, many flowers haven't got the central part yet... )

Ready or not, I couldn't wait to start using it ( will have plenty of time to finish it in the next days )

By the way, loose Liviana Conti dress for me today ...

matched to my new beach bag of course!

Now I can fully enjoy my holidays, at least ... until my next project!!!

In love with the city!

Hi! My weekly post comes a little late because of the annoying heat of last days!
( it made impossible enjoy a day in the open air )
but today I am ready for a walk in search of something... cute to post!

As some of you know, Turin is the city where I studied and where I often go for many reasons...

Probably it's not very famous abroad, but it's  lovely and if you slow down the step and you look around, reveals all its  hidden beauty!

In a nice courtyard I discover a tiny shop of handmade bags

( my huge Aquascutum bag, still looks new, so I didn't buy another one )

I was wearing the flats I have posted a couple of weeks ago.

I am sooooo used to wear high heels that I felt odd in flats!

but at least...my t-shirt with printed birds was in perfect harmony with the place!
:-)
