Ugolini

It was  sunny  the other day and I decided for a green skirt and shirt

as you see I  trimmed my hair recently

And made a new necklace for my outfit

So I was in the prefect mood for a special gift to myself

What's better That an ice-cream at Ugolini?
It's  the very best!!

And you can mix  the tastes as you like ...
it was my way to say goodbye to Summer!

While I was eating my delicious ice-cream I read their motto and said to myself : yes, next Autumn feel free to create ...

... A new, special look everyday!!!

    1. I have been wearing flat shoes often after my moving house ( three floors of stairs to climb, carring my old dog ! ) but ... my preference always goes to high heels!!

Thanks and have a pleasant week, Dana!

    1. The shirt is a present from Greetje of No Fear of Fashion... a long story! I love it also because it reminds me my friend ...

  8. PERFECT. A very good look on you. Both your hair and your skirt. With that shirt (where do I know that shirt from hahaha) and the skirt hanging low. Great. Fantastic combination with the shoes (they were a good investment weren"t they? They go with everything), and your new bag.
Ice cream is good anywhere in Italy.

    1. Yes, that is THE shirt! I especially love it, and not only because it is a beautiful shirt...
About my outfit: you have noticed my trick! Low waist for my wide skirts! I find they fit very better ...for sure those shoes were one of my best investment!! ( Fratelli Rossetti )

  10. Hi Dan,
I haven't visited your blog for a while as I had lost the connection for some reason. You look as elegant and lovely as ever and I adore the photos of Turin. I looked at some earlier posts of yours and am again so impressed with the beautiful necklaces you make. Did you learn beading on your own?

  11. Hi Rebecca! I am happy to see you again on my blog and I wonder if you have an email to get in touch with you ...about the necklaces: yes, I learned by my own...what helps me is looking at shop windows for some inspiration!

    1. That would be so sweet of you. I did take a beading course once but it amounted to stringing tiny beads on a string and not very stimulating. I do have the equipment though. Should I just write my email here or is there a more private way of doing it.
      Thanks Dan!

  12. The outfit looks so comfy and chic, and I love your shorter hair! We have a similar place to get frozen yogurt, I love going there and making my own combinations. It's only 5 minutes from my house too which is probably NOT a good thing!

  13. I really love this shade of green and the combination looks awesome on you! I noticed your slightly different hair style, suits you no less than the longer version. Your necklaces are always so beautiful and it amazes me that you create them yourself.

    1. Thanks, Olga! In autumn with jackets and coats I prefer my hair shorter ... necklaces are one of my passions! It's fun to make one for each of my outfits...of course, I often unmake them and reuse the beads for new ones!
