My look at the seaside


Some days at the seaside made me feeling  in the mood for wearing bright colours. So, when I saw the dress in a shop, bought it right away!
The price was very good and the fabric  made it  perfect in hot days 
( the little holes allow the pass of the air )


I matched it to coral colour 
which is one of my favourite combination at the moment.


Then  bought a  nail polish in the same shade of my earrings and lipstick
for a very holiday look!


At my home in the  Ligurian hinterland I keep some accessories which can come in handy during the vacations . 
Since  when I arrive I have been not wearing them for a long time, I feel as I were just back from a day of shopping!


In fact both the sandals and the bag are not new, nevertheless I couldn't wait to wear them!


Here you can see the whole ensemble! I probably won't wear the dress when I will be back in the city because it is too short, but here no one seems to notice its length!


The only problem, as ever when I am at the seaside, is my hair! 
 Not a big problem in any case, some days of full relax, and then I will take care of it.
 Not now,  not today ...

    I think the color of this dress is stunning!!
    I actually don't think it's too short, but would you consider wearing is as a tunic with leggings (in the city?)---it's just so pretty!!
    And don't you love discovering some of your "treasures" that you had stashed away? It really is like they are new!!

      I should try the dress with a pair of leggings, they probably are lovely together!
      ( though I have to admit that I am not a fan of leggings during the hot season ... )

    I wouldn't leave such cute shoes and bag in another house. I would schlepp them with me. But you know me and my suitcases haha.
    The yellow dress is indeed perfect for holiday. It suits you well and it is such a happy colour. I adore your earrings. I always have to have earrings covering part of my earlobes.

      Oh yes, I know your suitcases!! And you know how much small mine can be!! :-)
      Leaving some accessories in my second home allow me to have an even smaller suitcase...

      Yes, it always is! And besides ... I am able to reduce the weight of my luggage in this way ... I always prefer travelling ... light weight!!

    You look like a ray of sunshine my dear! The yellow dress is perfect for the beach! I also wear shorter dresses at the beach, women are wearing much less (bathing suits and bikinis) so a little dress looks fine. In the city, I will wear leggings or tights (depending on the weather) with short dresses.

    I adore the yellow eyelet dress! It is my favorite color this year and looks fabulous on you. Sea side destinations always are good for shorter dresses, the dress code is more relaxed and geared towards beach looks! I know I also wear shorter dresses in places like that.
