I don't think you have ever seen me wearing socks...
and that sounds quite funny because I use to wear them quite often when temperatures aren't too low!

The truth is that I am a peculiar kind of lady...
dan |
and have my own ideas about fashion!!
Which include a large use of socks...
I just take from fashion what make me feel fine...and use it my way.
and, at last,
have you noticed that today I have combed my hair in a different way?
LOVE your little socks and with the booties, they are perfect!
ReplyDeleteYour hairstyle, frames your beautiful face and that gorgeous smile! <3
Your whole look is so elegant!

Hi Carmen, I am happy to read your comment. . .so kind!
DeleteI never wear socks unless really really needed... but I love your look, Dan!
ReplyDeleteYour pencil skirt is fabulous and shows your great figure. I am currently wearing my trenchcoat almost daily, it is the season for it, isn't it?
Annette | Lady of Style
Thanks, I am waiting to see your new outfit!
ReplyDeleteYes a trenchcoat is perfect in this season. I love pencil skirts as they work so well with a shirt ( and a pair of socks, of course!!! )
ReplyDeleteThe shirt and skirt are gorgeous. The coat is very nice and your necklaces are beautiful. Comfort is essential, do not understand that we have to suffer to be beautiful. The hairstyle I like it, maybe because it's a more casual Dan?
ReplyDeleteThe combination to style and confort is sometimes a little difficult to reach, but never give up trying!! I am glad you like my hair...more casual style in the future...
DeleteDan, your new hairstyle really suits you.
ReplyDeleteI really like your trench, it's beautiful yet classic. It serves you for a long time.
Your socks are discreet and fun. They look good with the boots you wear.
Your idea of using fashion, what looks good and you like it, it seems a great idea.
The good thing about having years we know what we want and not as easy handle us.
Kisses
Hi Curra, I am glad you like my hairstyle, I liked something different...my coat is very classic and I have been using it for years...it never goes out of fashion!
DeleteI find there are many advantages in being older! I feel happier and more confident now than when I was a teen ager!!
I know it's a whim. But you could remove the recognition of letters and numbers when you just wrote the comment.
ReplyDeleteNo good for anything, they put the blogger default and gives much you can to visit.
A thousand apologies and a thousand kisses
Do you need validation words and numbers to comment on my blog? Oh, my God!! Any ideas how to solve the problem??
DeleteDan. All blogger blogs, bearing the letters and numbers validation.
DeleteYou have not because you. It was them.
I also had at first until I was told.
On the right of blogger are several keywords. In the design, the bottom of all checking out the gadget. If you give editing lets you remove it with just click delete.
My English is horrible. I hope you can understand
Kisses
You are very kind to explain me the matter! I will have a look since I would get rid of that words and numbers validation. . .don't worry about your English, Curra! I understand you but if you prefer, you can speak Spanish ( which I have been studying for years ages ago!)
DeleteDan you are such a cutie! I like your hair this way, fun and youthful. Boots and bag are right up my alley! Annette is right you have a great figure and this outfit shows this beautifully. I like the socks with the boots, new and different.

Socks are so confortable and funny that ( I confess ) I wear them quite often!!
DeleteA pair of boots you were wearing in a post reminded me I also had a pair in my closet...(too much stuff is difficult to keep in mind !!) another nice side of blogging...
I noticed your hair right away, very cute! I got my socks out this week, not only are they great accessories, but very necessary here when the weather gets cold.
ReplyDeleteYou are sooooooooooooo lovely.
ReplyDeleteBuona domenica.

Another nice side of blogging:learn a new language!Buona domenica anche a te, carissima!
DeleteAh... here is where our ideas separate haha. You love socks, I hate socks. I will admit though that you make them look rather good. Your outfit is pretty sexy (by the way, have you lost weight since you started blogging -or is it impolite to ask such a question? Forgive me, I am Dutch). Love the necklaces too. I pinched an idea from you. Today I am wearing the top which I bought to go with your necklace. But I wanted to combine it with another necklace today (for the variation). The necklace I picked (red and gold) was one I ordered from Etsy and never used it. You often show us more than one necklace together, so I added a gold chain necklace and it made a world of difference. So thank you.
ReplyDeleteGreetje
Hi dear Greetje, your comment has surprised me because just a few days ago I was asking me the same question : have I lost weight recently? No, my weight is the same but I feel tired. . .I am glad I give you the idea to wear more than just one necklace, you can combine colours and different styles and sometimes the result is wonderful! Do you find my outfit sexy? ( even wearing socks?)
ReplyDeleteAll the guys would see is the blouse and the tight skirt. They will not see the socks haha.
DeleteYes I think you looked sexy in that.
Greetje
Perhaps you are right, men have a quite selective way to look at women!
DeleteI love that you make the fashion that suits you. I need more sock choices in my drawer. Very pretty hair. you look a bit schoolgirlish with your bobby socks and barette holding back your bangs. Very cute.
ReplyDeleteIt's funny to hear that I have a schoolgirlish look today! I like to have a little change every now and then. . .
DeleteLove your outfit! So classic and chic, especially layered with your beautiful trench coat!

Hi Rebecca, I have just had a look at your nice blog! You are very stylish and cute!!
ReplyDeleteLove the way you wear little socks today, so much fun! It's something good to be old enough to wear the things that make us happy no matter what the opinions of others. You look great! Kisses dear Dan.
ReplyDeleteYou have understood perfectly well my thought, Rosy! To be grown up has its own advantages!!
ReplyDeleteLove your hair parted this way, it really works for you! So cute - socks and skirts are a combo I'm rarely brave enough to wear together outside of the house wearing the two together. It's a look I think works so well on many ladies, but it doesn't do my ankles and calves any favours, stockings and tights are much kinder to me there, so I typically stick to them and wear socks with pants. Still, one of these days I need to put my self-consciousness aside and just rock the two (skirts + socks) together. Maybe I will when spring returns and it's warm enough to do so again.
ReplyDeleteBig hugs & tons of super happy Halloween wishes,
♥ Jessica
*PS* Thank you very much for your heartwarmingly touching, meaningful comment on my post about how Tony and I take photos. ♥
Thanks dear Jessica, I am sure you would be wonderful also wearing skirts and socks. . .in any case it's right to wear just clothes that make feel confident with ourselves!
DeleteI like your style and these outfit. And hey, why not socks?! ;)
ReplyDeleteYes, why not...and welcome to my blog!
Deletei´m now in your follower list. Would be nice if we stay in contact.
DeleteI would love that!!
