I am back!



It was a looooong time without my tab, ( which I usually use to surf and blog )and I missed the internet very much! 
Luckily today I had it back from the assistance point.
I couldn't wait to know what was happening to you and tell what I did... ( well, probably nothing very interesting! )

First of all I knitted...


I made a lot of these cotton flowers 
( but I don't know exactly what I will use them for! )


Second, I took some photos with yellow subjects


I had never seen the prickly pear flowers before...

And finally...about fashion! I bought a pair of flat sandals!! I know it could sound unbelievable...and besides, I am not sure about how to match them...


so for a full-length photo, better wait until next week!!

    How about the the ochre yellow flowers along the neckline of a boat neck sweater?
    I am curious to see how you style those cute flat shoes.
    You have changed the typography of your blog, haven't you?

      I bought the flat sandals to use them on holidays. I wanted a pair for long walks ( besiders the summer sales are started !)
      Surprisingly I found it more confortable to walk on high heels!! Does that mean I will buy an extra pair?? :-)
      The beauty of the ochre flower living in such an inhospitale place has impressed me. ..it would be wonderful on a sweater but. ..it has tiny thorns...

    Hi Dan--The knit stars are lovely! I could see them as an edging on a large scarf? Love your new sandals with the ties, so stylish. They look comfortable and I love the white for summer.

      Hi Ann! I like your idea to create a scarf and sew the flowers as an edge! The nice side of crocheting is that you can be creative...I was thinking I could use the flowers to make a cardigan...of course I should have many of them...

    Dan I love to knit but I cannot create things that require precision the way you can. Your flowers are so lovely and the color is especially 'you'. What sweet sandals! You have an eye for accessorizing and I can't wait to see the outfits you put together to wear with these. It is frustrating to be without our electronic devices. We have become dependent upon them haven't we? I'm glad you are back. Hugs!

      I am tottally dependent opon them, Dana! I live in a small city and the internet is my way to get in touch with the rest of the world....as it means new ideas and different point of views. It has been a hard time without my tab!

    Good to see you back! Love those flowers, I see them decorating a cream colored sweater, or a knitted/crocheted pillow. I like the shoes too, they look like they will be perfect for summer.

      Technology as changed our lives, and surfing provides us much fun than crocheting! I think I would have realized a very long scarf without my tablet!! :-)
