I have been working hard!

At last my clothes are neatly hung into my wardrobe  again and I can find (almost ) everything.  I also found things I have been looking for long!

Armani-Marella

Surely, those of you who have recently moved house know what I mean:

Boxes everywhere and and a lot to do!!

to say nothing of the help I had to provide to the bricklayers in order to have the flat ready for the day...

But now that the worst has gone, I can slowly go back to my habits!

The Bridge

And you can't imagine how glad I feel for that!

Old Mr. Bangio,  had  very stressful days too in seeing  all that  mess around

but now he has realized that, whatever the house, there always  is a little place for him  by me ...

  2. Moving house can be very stressful - I do hope that you and Mr Bangio will soon be settled in your new home.

I do like your outfit - it is so like the outfits I wear everyday for work.

  5. Moving is definitely stressful, but also fun trying to find new places for things and figuring out how to fit the old into a new space. So excited for you! Love that top, you would be comfy here right now, we've had a very warm spell the last few days.

  6. At last warm days are all over the world, and make it pleasant staying in the open air!
And about moving I agree with everything you have said ! ( I wonder why men can't often see the positive side of the matter ... )

  7. Oh good... You have moved and unpacked. Is the hot water working again? Please send photos soon.
The black trousers look so good on you, the whole outfit does. Love that Armani jacket. And the peplum top (new?). And the bag....!! I remember, we bought it together. Well... I looked, you paid haha.
Is there an elevator in the building? I suppose there is, otherwise it would be too stressful for Mr Bangio. I can see he thinks it is hot.

  8. No hot water for the time being! I have my shower at my mother's and can only use my microwave oven ... let's hope the gas will be working for the end of the week!!
I find the flat really special and so my taste! I will surely send you some photos! ( I am waiting for some new furniture I have bought )
No lift in old building! (Probably there will be in future when all the flats will be sold ) I keep Mr. Bangio in my arms...
The peplum top is not new, I have probably already posted it somewhere but , who can know where it is!! I always envy your memory! And you have also recognized the bag we bought together in Serravalle!!

    1. My memory gets some help you know. I can search with keywords trough my blog and find old posts where I have worn the same.
You are at the top floor aren't you? Which floor is that? The seventh? How many stairs are that?
You sure went for the discomfort again. Remember next time I come, I have to get my suitcase(s) up all those stairs....

    2. :-) there must be something wrong with me! You are right! Always there is something uncomfortable in my life, it's the perfection of imperfection...in any case not too much discomfort...the top floor is only the third! You will love my home!! ( we just have to find someone who helps with the suitcases )

  15. A lovely post Dan and you look very pretty in peplum! I love peplum and in my new post coming up, I'm wearing a floral peplum top. I have quite a few in my collection.

I know how stressful moving is and have moved MANY times in my life, 13 times before I was married and 7 times since I'm married!! The last 2 moves were 2 years apart with an unbelievable amount of possessions; we sold and gave away almost half of what we owned and still have too much.

I'm glad you are getting settled and organized, I know that feels good. Little banjo looks content!

    Happy weekend my dear!
