Front door

While last time, I have been attracted by the view of flowery balconies,

today it is the turn of my front door...

a bit unusual, but XIXth century's buildings have entrances which quite  differ from those in  new buildings.

For the post I have brushed up clothes and accessories I already posted
( but in totally different outfits!!! )

and added four bracelets ( of wood, metal and gemstones ).
Nothing really new today. But, wait a minute...

... I made this pair of earrings a few days ago, hence they are totally new for you!!

So, long, new earrings to share!

And, finally, please note the sign next to the front door. It advises, in latin, to be aware of the dog

In fact someone is keeping an eye on my home:very dangerous to go ahead!!
:-)

  1. LOL, Mr. Bangio on duty! The tile even looks just like him! Your front door is very welcoming. How nice to have an outside entry door that is protected from the rain. I love your coral top Dan! Very colourful by Italian standards, yes?

    1. Yes Sue, Mr. Bangio has a lot to do and constantly checks my front door !!

Italian women ( especially those of my age ) often prefer neutral colours for their outfits. Me too, but the colourful style of many bloggers has partially changed my taste ...

    1. The dog in the sign is similar to Mr. Bangio in colour and shape...but I am afraid that the old boy is not an efficent guardian anymore!

  7. If your dog is anything like mine, he is useless. Charlie barks whenever we are in the room and somebody comes to close to the window. But once we are in bed, she is silent. Although we are thankful for that, as a barking dog in the middle of the night ... every night.. is not something you want either.
Your outfit looks as elegant as ever. The colour of the fun skirt is like a stage for the bright colour of the quality top. The buttons and the pleat make the skirt interesting and as both the top and the skirt are solid colours with no prints, the bag gets all the other attention. Well styled my dear. As usual.
And the earrings are lovely too. I would not be able to wear them (I can only wear specific earrings. Long story.) Very good not to let those earrings compete with a necklace. Instead you put some lovely arm candy on.
As for the house... you are prolonging the tension, aren't you?

    1. My dog is absolutely like yours! And besides, I think he is also a bit deaf now!!
I usually made just the botton of my earrings ( the part with beads ) which I fix to a pair of golden or silver earrings I have ... that allows me to wear them!

About the flat ... I am waiting you are coming to see it yourself very soon!!

    2. Visiting you again means bankruptsy for me. And funny you say that about the earrings as it is exactly the advice I gave to somebody who can only wear gold haha. I should take my own advice serious.

  13. I love that art. It is so fun and unique. I especially like how you showed her eyes. That is such a feminine line that shows the eyelashes. I also really like how detailed you were with her face. i know that sounds funny but her nose is just the tiniest bump and I can tell it was on purpose.

  14. A beautiful front door is definitely going to change your home. I really enjoyed reading this post and all of the pictures and tips that you have given to your readers. I myself have found that going to a good local or online store allows you to find great products to get those projects done in no time at all.
