Cloudy afternoon



At last some clouds  have covered the sky and I can wear my new jacket!


After weeks of hot sunshine I am enjoying a little fresh air


Suddendly the place has lost its summer look


It's useless to stay at the beach, besides the sea is rough and swimming is forbidden...

So, I sit down for a coffe break and glance through the Vogue Italia issue with the new season trends!!


I start thinking  how to mix and match cardigans and light weight coats, wide skirts ( my latest passion ) and my beloved dresses!


but it is just a brief ( enthusiastic ) break...


... and, luckily, there still is the  second half of Augus before ... going back homet!!


P.s.
After all, the fall/winter season is very long, so ... why hurry? I will have plenty of time in the future to mix and match!!    :-)

      When I am on holiday I only have a few dresses with me, but in the next weeks I will share my wide skirts!!

      Sometimes old things seems to be new in photos! I am wearing the white flat sandals that you can see also in my previous post. A different dress and they look new... great!

    I adore the jacket and love the dress. You will have to give some advice if I send you photos of my wide skirts. As I have absolutely no idea of how to style them.

    I love that dress! The jacket looks great with it too. Isn't it funny how in the middle of summer we find ourselves thinking about cold weather clothing and in the middle of winter, longing for summer clothing?

      We are having a sunny and hot summer this year, and that means that I only wear a lightweight dress ... sometimes I think of my fall outfits with shirts, cardigans and jackets!!
