Columns, shades and August's light ...



Another August  is almost over ...


the light is pretty different


and the shades are longer.


A purple top and my striped skirt


The city is still quiet,  waiting for the September rush


My jacket seems to work also with stripes


thoughts at random, crowd my mind


nothing new, a pinch of sadness...


By the way ... I am on heels again!

    Your on heels again and in the city. Life is back to normal haha.
    Lovely combination. I was looking how you combined the skirt with that top (very sexy top). Remember the vivid blue top I bought with my skirt? It is ruined as the silk didn't stretch (of course) and apparently it was a little too tight. Such a shame. So I am looking for inspiration. Thank you.

      The bad side of long holidays is that go back to routine is hard! But ... this is life ...
      In my opinion loose blouses are nice with wide skirts and if the tops are longer at the back they are even nicer!
      I have worn flat shoes recently but I miss high heels very much! Vincenzo ( my husband ) likes me in flats but, I am not sure I like them!
      p.s.
      I am becoming very good at carrying Mr. Bangio!!

      That is the drawback! And the longer is the holiday, the harder is go back to everyday life!!
      The top has a very wide neckline, so now I have added a ribbon on it...

    I never would have thought of wearing that jacket with that skirt, but it looks terrific! Sad that summer is winding down, but I love autumn. I don't love what follows it though :(

    I am so glad you are on heels again! Love the playful mix of prints, and I also adore each piece on its own.
    The wine tee is so pretty and I adore the stripes and printed top. Yes, the days are shorter, and I , too noticed the shadows... sigh...
