The season of coats has arrived earlier this year ... and I wasn't ready yet!
I remember I usually have time to find all my winter stuff until the end of October, and take things to the laundrey for the last ironing
But not this year!
As I hadn't fully reorganized my closet with warm winter clothings, last Friday I quickly had to pick out thick wool sweaters and one of my coats ...
While I was searching, my old ( faux ) fur collar came out!
( I have got a full set of them!! )
I like when I find loved things which I had forgotten to own!!
Of course ... I needed for something new ...
( window shops are soooo tempting in the city ... )
You can understand ... Autumn is too melhancolic without a little shopping ...
I have to agree....fall is one of my favorite times to go shopping!!! Love the fur collar...I might have to get another one since I sewed my old one to my cape!! jodie

Did you? That is an inspiring idea...
DeleteBeautiful!!! I especially love the boots. But also the coat, the whole outfit.

Neutral tones, classic shapes ... in my opinion simply elegant, very my style ...
DeleteMagnificent and elegant look, as always. I love your coat and neck. And I like the color combination skirt and sweater.
ReplyDeleteTo be honest, that day I didn't think of taking photos for the blog and didn't add special accessories ... then, I gave a chance to my outfit and it turned out to be quite photogenic!
DeleteYou look so classy. Love the bag! Have a great week! xx
ReplyDeleteThanks, I am glad that you like ...
DeleteOooh...can't wait to see what you bought! : )

I bought two sweaters...surely you will see them very soon ...
DeleteI know you are not a fan of cold weather but you look so good in your Winter coat and boots.Your fur collar the perfect finishing touch. So glad the weather spurred you on to shop , hope it bought some sunshine.
ReplyDeleteNow that I am an adult, I can't stand neither too low nor too high temperatures...well, to be honest...I really would enjoy ... an endless spring!!
DeleteOur weather is all over the place, it was bitter cold over the weekend and now it's warm again, I never know how to dress! I haven't bought myself anything new for fall yet, perhaps I need to. You have been a bad influence! ;)
ReplyDeleteI always like when the lives of bloggers have an intersection!!
DeleteAutumn is a hard time ... when you have finished to take out warm clothings ... you need of light weight ones again!!
My dear Dan, always elegant, always a lady! I love your faux fur collar, I remember it from another post, very chic!

Thanks Kati! It has a classic shape and colour and never is out of fashion ...
DeleteAh, THAT TIME! Yes I do agree, the cold weather is depressing and the shorter days...
ReplyDeleteBut the clothes are fantastic: seems here i the divine double breasted grey coat ( swoon) and faux fur collar (double swoon).

Visit a therapist for winter blues would have cost me more and probably ... it wouldn't have had better effects on my mood!! :-)
DeleteYou look great in this outfit. Not too winterly but cozy enough. Let's hope that spring starts also early :-)

Spring seems so far away now!
DeleteGreat coat, sweater, skirt, boots, bag - I love it all!
ReplyDeleteAnd, yes, it is a lot of fun to "freshen up" your wardrobe with a few new items at the beginning of a new season. I got a few fall items the beginning of September. Unfortunately, it has been unseasonably hot here in California, but I think I can finally wear them this week!
No doubt you enjoyed shopping! The fur collar is so lovely, I wish I had one too!
