I have been wearing often my white skirt
( some of you surely remember it! )
And today I matched it to a light gray silk sweater ...
I still have the nail polish I wore yesterday
for a special occasion
When I met Laura, my new Russian friend!
She had recognized me in a shop and kindly asked if I was the blogger of The pretty cute!
We decided to spend an afternoon together because
had so many things to talk about and ... a couple of sweets to taste!
It was a deligthful time and ...
... I feel that now I have a more friend!
How delightful Dan! Laura looks very stylish too!ReplyDelete
Did you buy the red sweater on your arm?
I tried the sweater but at last didn't buy it! Luckily there are times ( just a few! ) when I can resist to temptations ... :- /Delete
You're famous! I love how blogging brings people together. And I love your white skirt with the grey. And your shoes. Loooooove the shoes.ReplyDelete
Yes, it seems that I am!! I couldn't believe to my ears ... of course, it has been very flattering!Delete
Those shoes ( Fratelli Rossetti ) are a key piece of my fall outfits!
It is an exciting feeling to suddenly meet someone who actually reads your blog and recognizes you in reality. Happened with me twice and every time I was surprised and thought "what are the odds?" Definitely I remember this skirt because I liked it very much. It looks great with this light sweater too.ReplyDelete
It was the first time for me ... a Russian lady, living in Israel, a follower of mine, who was doing shopping in Turin!! And she is a special woman too ...Delete
Such a wonderful review dear! ^^ReplyDelete
Thanks for commenting!Delete

Love that skirt.
It is really cute!Delete
It must be so exciting to be recognized like that. I can imagine the thrill!! Laura looks like a very nice person. She has a friendly, open face. The more friends the merrier.ReplyDelete
As for your outfit... top, as usual. Lovely new sweater. Looks chic. Of course I remember the skirt. You were featured with it on Josep-Maria's blog too. I haven't worn my skirt very much. Seems like a good concept... to wear something that your buy more than once (kidding).
It was very exciting to know someone who knew me through my blog!! And plan an afternoon together...Laura is an adorable person and we probably will meet again in future...fantastic, isn't it?Delete
The blogging world gives us lots of new opportunities and connections. Indeed fantastic.Delete
What a fun story! It is so fun to meet people who you "know" from the internet. I like your outfit, but I especially like that sweater in the last photo, it looks comfy as well as fashionable.ReplyDelete
That is exactly what I love of blogging...you can get acquainted with friendly people!Delete
It is not well visible but in the last photo I am wearing a woollen poncho...soft, warm and cosy!
What a lovely way to meet a new friend and spend some time together. I remember that so pretty skirt and really like it with your grey sweater.ReplyDelete
