Max and co.
I can't stay long away from shopping and while at home with flu ( see previous post ), I bought this skirt online
Mustard colour is not easy to find and I couldn't miss the chance to have it in my closet! ( or ... could I ??? )
The skirt has a lovely an unusual shape, shorter at the front that caught my attention
Luisa Spagnoli
And goes nicely with my blue jacket !
Of course a new bracelet was owed!
To tell the truth, the whole outfit looks a bit hostess-uniform style, which I emphasized wearing a bandana.
Now, looking at the photos, I am wondering if it was too much!
What time does the flight take off ???
:-)
Beautiful and elegant look. I love the yellow skirt, with that beautiful design. Great color scheme. You look beautiful.
ReplyDeleteI am glad that you like ... many thanks!
DeleteWhat an unusual cut on that skirt. It is very unique.

The shape immediately caught my attention ... it probably was the only one which missed in my closet!! :-)
DeleteThe skirt and jacket are a great combo, Dan, and does not remind me of a hostess uniform at all. xxx
ReplyDeleteReally?? Very happy to read it!! :-)
DeleteDefinitely not too much Dan! I love the skirt first because of the color (I have one like that and it's been worn tons) and then the shape of yours is so interesting!!
ReplyDeleteYou look absolutely fabulous!!!
Did you make the bracelet? It's beautiful!

I made most of my jewelry. I made both the bracelet and the ring of today's post ... to tell the truth, I am especially proud of them!
DeleteYou look so classy. Love the skirt! Have a great week! xx
ReplyDeleteThanks for commenting, dear!
DeletePerfect skirt!!! I totally agree you had to buy it. Or I would have had to do it haha. I love it. Nicely styled outfit. You have done well. Again!.
ReplyDeleteIt comforts me to know that you love shopping as much as I do haha. (Online when you have the flu.. tsss)

Yes, we are very alike about shopping! I can't stay away from buying even if I have the flu ! ( on the other side I know you can spend a huge quantity of money in only a few hours!! )
DeleteBut, if we don't hurt anyone and help national economy ... what's wrong with it??? :-)
Yellow is one of those colors that you have to have in your wardrobe because it's so happy. I used to have a pair of yellow pants about that shade and I always made a point of wearing them on the first day of spring! Too funny about the hostess "look". :) And that bracelet is beautiful, I like it more than the last.
ReplyDeleteYou know how fond of beading I am! I think the bracelet is one of the best I have made ...
DeleteYellow for the first day of spring is a lovely idea!!
That's a bloomin stylish skirt- I love it (colour AND shape)!!!! I used to hate yellow, now I adore it!xx
ReplyDeleteIn real the skirt has a more mustard accent than in photo... if I think that I only wore neutrals in the past!
DeleteNo, you don't look a stewardess at all to me...Classy, elegant and pretty look, Dan. Love the skirt, of course you couldn't miss it! I too have a mustard skirt, but mine is maxi. This is such a summery colour!
ReplyDeleteYes, it is a very nice, btight colour! I am sure that you look gorgeous in yellow!!
DeleteGreat skirt! I really like the color & shape! I love it paired with the blues. The bracelet & ring are gorgeous! Wonderful overall look!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Andrea! At the end I had the impression that the look was a bit too classic ...
DeleteI agree this is a great skirt on you but I can see where you are coming from maybe with a knit top or tee shirt rather than the blazer. Hope you have recovered from your flu.
ReplyDeleteThanks Jill, I feel well now.
DeleteAbout my outfit ... I think that I could give a try to a T-shirt or a sweater instead of rhe jacket for a more casual look!
You look like super chic woman of the world! Love the skirt! The cut is fabulous and unusual. It is a great choice! Perfect with a simple white tee and flats for summer, too! The color! My fav for spring!

Yellow and white is a lovely combination of colours!
ReplyDeleteI think that for a more casual look a T-shirt and a pair of flats are a good idea. I should give them a try and share in a new post soon ...
The skirt is fabtastic - love the style and the colour. You look great in the whole outfit, classy, elegant but yet modern. Your jewelry is beautiful. Say hello to your cute dog :D . Cheers Margot
ReplyDeleteMy dog is a sweet boy. Just a little ... rascal!!
DeleteThanks, Margot!
You are so beautiful in cool outfit!!!
ReplyDeleteThank you for your comment to my son's graduation!

Thanks, for explaining! I am always curious about local traditions, and Japan has got very interesting ones ...
DeleteI have never seen you look anything other than elegant and beautiful, Dan. You should be proud of the bracelet and ring, what talent and creativity! I am envious.
ReplyDeleteYou are a lovable person, Rebecca!
ReplyDeleteAbout my bracelet :I have learnt this technique to make jewels and when I want something new, just have to download a scheme from the net and find some pretty beads ...
I love this skirt - it's so unusual and just the kind of thing I'd go for. It made me laugh when you said you look like an air hostess! That neckerchief/scarf was what did it. You are so pretty Dan x
