Courtyard

Hello everybody!
I have just taken some photos in the courtyard of the building where I live now

A place with old columns

And a water well not in use anymore...

Being built in the old times it's a fresh place in hot days!

Did I say hot days ?
Nothing it's better than a cotton , loose, sleeveless top...

...and flat, fabric shoes!

An old Furla bag which always matches nicely...

And I am ready for a day out!

  2. You are so right. When it is really hot, shoes made of fabric are the best. Especially for my poor feet, which blister easily. Sleeveless tops? I so wish I could still wear them. Never realized the beauty of it when I still could. In spite of the warmth you look every inch a lady. All items of your outfit are good.

    1. ...I am glad that you like my ladylike outfit, Greetje.
My arms are not perfect anymore but I don't care ... I am not young and that is a side effect of age!!

  5. Oh my goodness - you look so effortlessy elegant. Glasgow is having heat wave and every lunchtime colleagues come back to the office complaining they are "pure deid meltin" (very hot and sweaty)... You just look wonderful. Your building is very beautiful, a couple of years ago my husband and I had a week in Bergamo - the entrance had 5th century murals, coming originally from New Zealand I was just enthralled - so old and so beautiful and so loved. Amazing

    1. Hi Juliet! I can understand your collegues' complainings: when the weather is too hot you feel so uncomfortable!!
I have to confess that I have never been to Bergamo yet, but I read somewhere that there is a beautiful ancient part ... I should go and visit it!

    1. I have recently changed homes again and I am now in an ancient building. Into my home there are details from 1700... I should take some photos for a post...
