There is a place
where I use to go when I I am in the mood for some shopping
Or just I want to have a look and see if there is something new around
I like modern, industrial architecture, and that is a more reason which makes the place one of my favourites...
Mr.Leumann, who you can see in the commemorative plaque, at the end of the XIX century, wanted a village where the workers of his factory could live.
Nowadays part of the Leuman village is the outlet of Max Mara group,
and that means it is also my reign!
Here I can find everything I need
or just have some fun trying on hats
It is a delightful place where I feel like a princess...
...even wearing a funny cap!
What beautiful architecture, I can see why you like to go there! Doesn't hurt that Max Mara is there either, does it? Looks like a fun place to go.
ReplyDeleteIt's a very nice place, for many reasons...the only "disadvantage" is that...there are too many temptations there!
DeleteFun shopping! I hope you bought that skirt. It is KILLER!

Do you think it is? Well, I didn't buy the skirt...perhaps I tried too many and couldn't choose which one was my favourite!! This is the disadvantage of buying in a too big shop!!
DeleteCute skirt and great pics! Kisses.

Thanks ! Everything there was so beautiful!
DeleteSuzanne is right the skirt is killer. And look at your hair......so cute and fresh! What a nice place to shop, so much temptation close to home. I love this outfit also worn with the beautiful bag and shoes. Cool top with the print. You are so stylish!

I had a trim at my hair because wearing scarves and my faux fur collar I feel more confortable...two in favour of the skirt! I am thinking I should have buy it!!
DeleteA fantastic site with a nice story and a great present. I like your look, pencil skirt is beautiful and very pretty blouse. A nice hairstyle.
ReplyDeleteIn that place a woman can find everithing she desires! A real paradise for us...I am glad that you like my hairstyle, I am not sure if I like it or not...
DeleteEverything you are wearing, from boots to necklaces, from skirt to top, from bag to cardigan....it is all nice, stylish, elegant and it becomes you. Looking ever so good. As for the hats... hmmm you need a different shape I think. You remind me of myself when I look for hats. The pink one is the best of the three. If you are anything like me, you would probably need something with a larger brim and a bit higher at the back of your head. Give me some time to get used to your hair. I always love the luscious bunch of hair you showed us so far. This style is different and I always need time to adjust haha. With my own hair as well.
ReplyDeleteThe grey skirt you tried on is also very nice. Did you buy it?
And if I come to Torino, will we go to this lovely place of Max Mara too?
Greetje
I totally agree with you about the hats! I didn't buy any of them, and In fact I was just having some fun wearing them...to be precise that day I could resist to all temptations and didn't buy anything! ( every now and then it so happens! )
DeleteI use to have my hair a bit shorter in winter, as I always wear scarves. In spring it will be longer again...
ps
if you ever come here I will bring you wherever you like, from Serravalle village to Vicolungo village and, of course to the Max Mara outlet! ( with a little break for a cappuccino, I hope!! )
Very beautiful architecture Dan! Thanks for sharing! I love how you are wearing your belt on the outside of your sweater. Very nice little accessory that way. You look so pretty in these muted tones...so did you buy the skirt???
ReplyDeleteHi Sue, I am glad that you like my way to wear a belt . I have seen in fashion catwalks and immediately copy it!
ReplyDeleteWell, I didn't buy the skirt, but now I am thinking I should have! A great mistake for a fashion addicted!!
What a lovely shop - I can't believe it is an outlet. Count me in on those who love the skirt on you. It shows off your great figure to perfection. I also love the bag you are carrying.
ReplyDeleteIt is a lovely shop indeed, Rebecca! I love it ( but it's so hard to resist to all those temptations there! )I am still wondering why I didn't buy that skirt...
DeleteThis post was visually stunning because of the author and the archtecture!
ReplyDeleteHi Glenda! I am glad that you like...
ReplyDeleteI love the outfit you are wearing here. The top and cardigan I would love to wear myself.
ReplyDeleteHi Lisa, my cardigan is quite old but the new turtleneck I am wearing has given it a new look!

Those hats are really funny! I didn't buy any of them, because they didn't suit my face, but they had wonderful bright colours!!
ReplyDeleteNice place to shop!! You always look so elegant!! Trying on hats is fun. I'm wearing a hat in my latest post.
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas and a fashionable New Year!!
