Do you believe? We are in the middle of winter and I feel as if spring were coming!
But I am wearing one of my coldest coats
with my favourite booties !(Emporio Armani)
The solution, as usual, comes out of my closet
Where I can find almost everything, including a floral blouse ( which I am wearing today with one of my wollen collars ) (Twin Set )
If only I think that American bloggers are under a thick layer of snow...
...brrr, I feel frozen!
(...better to put again my coat on!!)
We definitely need some spring here, even if it's just in our clothing. I love those earrings!ReplyDelete
Yes, you definitely do at the moment, Flo! Why don't start with a floral shirt you too?Delete
Pretty coat and that inspires the look of spring. The soft gray tones paired with the camel coat is lovely. You wear the soft neutrals beautifully. Super booties and earrings.ReplyDelete
It's so cold here it is hard to get anything done. The worse of it may be over soon, temps at -20 C with wind chills around -50!
blue hue wonderland
Soft neutrals have always been my favourites.Just recently (after knowing Greetje of No fear of fashion ! ) I have started wearing more colorful clothes...Delete
I'm sitting by a space heater trying to get warm and my brain isn't working yet! I do mean -20 F! have a great week Dan.ReplyDelete
Brrrr! I hope they will soon rise up! For me at-20F would be impossible to do whatever!Delete
A nice look. I love your floral blouse, is beautiful. The coat is very nice, and your earrings, too.ReplyDelete
Wearing a floral print gives me the idea that spring is approaching!Delete
Yep…feel sorry for us North Americans. This winter is BAD. Thankfully by the weekend we will be back up to a toasty +5 C. ha ha.ReplyDelete
I cannot wait for spring and your blouse has me missing it even more.
+5C sounds like a sping temperature, at the moment!Delete
Cute coat and great look! Kisses.ReplyDelete
Thanks, I have just purchased it!Delete
Dan, my mother grew up in Andalusia in southern Spain.ReplyDelete
I think that's why I like both flowers.
Your post encouraged me today. It appears that brings echoes of spring. Although it is still a bit away, temperatures in Europe are delicious and a pleasure to wear bright colors.
I love the beige coats. They are the most elegant.
You are very pretty. It looks good the new year 2014.
Andalusia is a wonderful place to grow up! I have been there a couple of times...in Italy we are having high temperatures too, but winter has just started!!Delete
Dan you look pretty. I think gray is such a cool palette that compliments just about every color.ReplyDelete
You are very kind, Glenda! I like gray very much too!Delete
I love the booties (and the flower earrings!) We are absolutely freezing here in NYC, having broken all weather records. Your post has shown me that spring is right around the corner (I hope!!)ReplyDelete
I have seen NY under the snow on tv. It looked magic! A great city! (but I have never been there!)ReplyDelete
Lovely, floral in winter. As well your earrings as your cute top. And is that a new grey skirt which you recently bought at Max Mara? Your booties are awesome. I have not seen them before, have I?ReplyDelete
Your eye can catch the news at first sight! :-) I am wearing a skirt by Alberta Ferretti which I have never worn before and my booties by Armani ( in my opinion he is the King of fashion! )... I know, I know I didn't need them, but outlet villages are such a temptation...ReplyDelete
Shops with clothes are a temptation. Full stop. And I agree on Armani.Delete
You look stunning in the coat and outfit. Thanks for stopping by my blog.ReplyDelete
Thanks Jackie, I am glad that you like...Delete
You look fantastic in that cute coat! I love that way you layered it with your pretty outfit!ReplyDelete
Thanks Rebecca. My coat has a classic shape and colour and I love it because is very versatile...Delete
Yes we a just in the middle of the winter, but I got enough. I want spring. You look pretty in your outfit, with these Touch of sping shirt. The little flower earrings a so cute.ReplyDelete
Floral prints make me feel the scent of spring. Couldn't it be called "flowers teraphy" ? :-)Delete
It could be argued that winter needs flowers in our wardrobe more than any other season - we have to supply what mother nature is short of (the real deal) during the long, chilly months. I often wear flowers during the winter too, in all kinds of forms from brooches to earrings to floral patterned dresses. I have a green, pink and purple 1980s does 50s tropical print dress that I'm especially fond of rocking on those lackluster winter days that need massive cheering up.ReplyDelete
Big hugs & tons of happy weekend wishes,
Oh, yes Jessica, winter do needs flowers! In a foggy, grey day, is important to wear clothes which can make you feel happy! I have recently read an article about the positive effects of the "dress teraphy"!!Delete
Well you know I would love this! These flowers are part of what made me choose my shop & blog name! Love them!ReplyDelete
Thanks, ...and that's why I love your blog!ReplyDelete
