Outdoors again!

I had to take photos inside too often recently for the bad weather or low temperatures

so I am glad to be in the open air again today!

Les copains-Max Mara group

The winter sales have brought into my closet this blouse ( they always bring something! ) which has a spring colour

dan

and I have matched it with one purple necklace (any value but nice!)

Furla

and my red bag ...

At first, I wasn't sure it was a good combination of colours, perhaps because pink and red aren't so often put together, but yes, it is o.k. ...

Sax

and finally, I have chosen a pair of very confortable shoes ( block heel  for me is the best! )  and tick thights ( for it is still chilly here in the early  morning!! )

I wish you are enjoying  high temperatures too ... wherever you are !!

    1. I was fed up with taking photos at home as I find it difficult having them of a good quality! Too little light, too little space!!
Yes, I am wearing a silk blouse...

  3. Pretty Dan, great color of your new blouse. I like pink and red with neutrals as you are showing us here. Good looking and comfortable shoes with a good walking heel, love them. I've been thinking about gray tights lately. I think they are the most versatile, even better than black. Not so harsh. Looks like beautiful weather, I take it any day to the three feet snow here at my home!

    1. I was not sure that pink and red would have been working together...but I saw it went well at last! I find black thights are often too dark...so I generally prefer gray ones...
Still three feet snow over there? We have had a quite warm winter this year...

  8. Lovely blouse. And as Annette says: Radiant Orchid, the new 2014 colour and one of my favourites! Looks very good on you and on me too.
You are right, the red bag works very well with the pink blouse (again from our favourite supplier).

    1. I love learning new English words and orchid pink sounds a great shade!! It's becoming a favourite of mine too!
We two share the same passion for Furla bags! ( but I have just discovered a new fantastic brand...)

    2. Which one? Tell me. I discovered Coach last year (my beautiful yellow bag), but not only is it expensive, you also pay so much for shipping and customs. (They don't sell the brand in The Netherlands unfortunately.)

    3. I know Coach bags! ( very beautiful...) I am now interested in Cromia bags ( cromiabags.com in "about cromia" you can see the new collection ) . Another beautiful spring collection in my opinion is the one of Coccinelle, but I also like Tosca blu...and almost every new bag I have seen around!!!

  9. I really like the color scheme. The color of the blouse is lovely, and I like the fabric and design. I love the soft color tone as the cardigan and skirt. The necklace and bag are two cuties.

  12. I love the color of the blouse, it's one of those items you can wear year around with other pieces! Still cold here, but I've started pulling out some of my spring clothes, at least looking at them gives me hope. I'm with you on the block heels, stiletto style never worked for me and after I broke an ankle was not possible.

  13. Yes Flo, looking at spring clothes make feel better! Waiting for higher temperature you can wear at least light colours items.... ( I always do at the end of winter!)
    So sorry about your ankle...

So great to see you. I like your colour combinations, just exactly what's needed at this gloomy time of year. You look great and I love the necklace. Thanks for popping by and leaving a lovely comment. Enjoy your weekend.

  16. Nothing of the sort on the weather front, I'm afraid. In fact, we're supposed to get even more snow tomorrow. This winter really wants to hang on for dear life until the last moment! :)

That is such a pretty shade of purpley-pink. It makes me think (and I say this as an entirely positive thing) of the colour of melted classic pink Popsicles. This whole outfit is very stylish and very nicely accessorized, dear Dan.

Have an awesome first weekend of March!
    ♥ Jessica

*PS* Thank you very much for both of your splendidly nice blog comments today. It means a lot to me that you noticed how intentionally well coordinated that outfit was. It's something that I aim for with nearly everything that I wear. I love a sense of stylish cohesiveness, don't you? ♥

  17. It seems as if you have had a bad winter this year! No snow at all here and quite high temperatures...I always like the way you combine accessories in your outfits! ( and I do the same , although in a different style...)
