Waiting for Christmas ...


Well, it seems impossible to me, (!) but next Wednesday it will be the Christmas eve again ...


I am out for the last presents, as this year I am definitely late!


There are so many other things I have yet to do! In fact I will also be the host of the Eve dinner ... ( you have read well, that sounds incredible also to me! But as the ancient Romans said : semel in anno licet insanire!! )


I have decorated my home for enjoying a pleasant atmosphere,



I have chosen a sparkling bracelet, 


Now I  just have to buy  some delicious food...


... and wish you all the best as well as the sweetest Christmas day!


P.s. the Roman saying in English means: once a year you can do something really crazy!

      Oh yes, Sue! We are really better now...and ready to enjoy the Christmas celebrations!
      I am sure that Mr. Bangio will be very busy waiting for some small pieces of food during the dinner!!

    Hi Dan, Love the coat and your beautiful scarf. I do my shopping on line and we were a bit late getting the tree up, but had the ornamets up yesterday. Enjoy the holiday, and Merry Christmas a little early to you and your pup :-)

      Luckily my husband is the one in charge of getting the tree up, so I don't have to worry about it! :-)
      A Christmas tree fills the home with joy, I am sure that yours is very pretty!

    Even though I think it is a beautiful coat, I want to se that dress in FULL, not just you sitting down. I think it is a fantastic dress. Fit for a party but also for being beautifully dressed during the day. Something you do so well.
    I am so glad I am not a host during Christmas hahaha. If I would be, I would go straight to the caterer.

      You are completely right about the dress! It is not visible in the photo...so I will dedicate to it a post soon! It is a nice dress ( which I bought at the MM outlet of course :-)

      Party picture to share? Oh, it could be a good idea! But ... probably I will be very busy to be a perfect host! (A very hard task for me! I am used to eat sitting on my sofa while watching TV!!)

      Thanks, Suzanne! I will need a lot of luck for the dinner, for many reasons...( I am a poor cook, have a tiny house, will be working until the very last time ... ) but, as the meaning of Christmas is spending the day in joy with my dears ... well, I think I am quite on the safe side!!
