How to tie a scarf

I happen to get some inspiring ideas from other blogs about colour combinations
or how to style clothes

And so, today I want to share a way to wear a long  scarf
( which a shop assistant  taught  me )

In the case you need an extra idea!

To make it clear I sketched how to tie...

Underneath the scarf ( so expertly tied! ), I wore my last made-by-myself  necklace

Which I prepared out of  spring colours beads.

On Sunday I visited a monastery and shrine  in Pianezza.
It is not an ancient buildings  but was built  on the ruins of the previous one
which was built in 1647.

I thought the place would have been a good background.
It was a clear day, with mild temperatures.

And, talking about mild temperatures,
It's time for socks here ... I have already taken mine out!
:-)

  4. Love the coat, Dan. I have one in almost exactly the same colour. Thanks for the scarf tying tip. I'm not very good at tying a scarf, and have been known to follow YouTube tutorials for tying them. The made-by-you necklace is gorgeous! xxx

  5. No lack of good backgrounds in Italy, that is for sure. You have tied the scarf very well. Thank you, I will use this technique. It is a pretty scarf too. As always your jewellery is beautiful, although I still am much in love with that necklace you used with this dress when you bought it. The one you made yourself too. Pink is good on you. Probably your skin colour is right for pink.

    1. You are probably referring to the gemstone necklace. Its fuchsia colour is something which really catches the eye!
I am recently making my stuff out of glass beads instead of gemstones and exploring new techniques, which for me means ... more fun!!
