From Rome again

From Rome again

Here there is a second outfit for another day  in the city. I opted for a denim skirt and a light grey skirt .
With mild temperatures I didn't need anything else.

I shot in the public garden of Villa Borghese : an enormous park where people  can enjoy nature and some fresh air during the hot Roman summers ...

I decided for a  short rest  at The Pincio : the panoramic terrace overlooking Piazza del Popolo.
Again I wore flats...I knew I had many km. walk before sunset  !

I crossed less famous streets
( but not less beautiful! )

And visited delightful little squares
( with cafes in the open air for my cappuccinos! )

Every corner was a charming place where to fall in love with the city ...
( and where to find a nice shop and get a present from my beloved husband! )

Traces of past History , strong light aroundI , dear friends to meet.
Have you noticed? It seems that happy  days fly away faster ...

P.s.
I am very for long skirts at the moment...and for flat shoes too!!

    1. The skirt was a good pick. It looks different from the ones I have in my closet and it's long enough to be worn at bare less!

  7. You are lucky to get such beautiful weather this early in season. Or is it always good weather in Rome around this time? I agree with the other readers, your outfit is great for sightseeing AND for being elegant at the same time. You see, I would have worn trousers beause my instep is so low that flat shoes do not look nice on me. And especially not in combination with a skirt. But your outfit is much more stylish. As you always are.
