Me and my Bagghy!

I still can't believe it! I ' ve been looking for a discounted Bagghy bag for weeks and, last Saturday, I saw this baby in a shop window at a half of its price! Magic of winter sales!

You know, I didn't need an extra bag, but look at me...can't you see a special light on my face?
In any case I couldn't miss such an occasion...

I don't know if there is something wrong in me, but I've always been attracted by a well made bag, and I can still remember when, as a child, I looked at my grandma ones and how curious I was to know about their content...

...I use three envelopes to keep money, documents, lipstick and other stuff. This way I can quickly change bags  in the morning to match my outfit...
( please note the tiny mirror attaches to my bunch of keys and an even more tiny silver bag to the key of my car! )
then, I never forget a very light weight wollen scarf...just in case ...

Here, the bag on my left arm,

and on the right one...    :-)

Have you ever had the feeling that  an item was just waiting for you in a shop window?  ( I definitely had!! )

  1. A woman can never have too many handbags Dan!!! And I can totally see this one had your name on it! Pity the woman who might have got in your way. I have a similar packed purse, so I can easily change out my bag to a different one. The tiny silver purse is so cute for your car key chain.

    Hi to Mr. Bangio!

And many greetings from Mr. Bangio ( who is snoring on the carpet, at the moment! )

  3. Oh Gosh Dan, I LOVE IT!!! I would have bought it too, you and I definitely share a love of nice bags, and that particular style of bag is one of my favorites, that is a particularly fun design. I have to say that I almost burst out laughing when I saw what you carry in your bag, I do the same thing! It does make it so much easier when you want to change them quickly, and I find that if I change my bags fairly often, they don't end up a bottomless pit of papers, sales receipts, shopping lists and heaven knows what else.

    1. We have a similar taste on the subject! I remember a bag of yours, which you bought on line, and I loved it! Your description of a "bottomless pit of ... heaven knows what else" is perfect for saying what happens in my bags!!

  4. Now that is one stunning bag! It gets a thumbs up from me. I have a lot of bags too. It's fun to change them to accent every outfit. This beauty look so good with your coat. Glad it was waiting for you!

    1. In a woman's bag there is her world! I just forgotten to name the most important item I keep in the bag: my Samsung tab, which is my phone, book, magazine, camera, blog, and hundreds of other things!! I never buy a bag which isn't big enough to keep it!

  8. Great bag, Dan, and yes ... it shows on your face how completely delighted you are! Just the right size and shape and a very cool graphic that will work lots of ways. Excellent!
I'm just learning to carry a clutch in my larger tote (okay, HUGE tote!) Nice to see a pared down selection of essential items. I'm learning.

  10. Dan. Your bag is very nice.
It's original, funny, colors that combine well.
It makes sense that you've bought.
It is also logical to have a happy face.
I also took several envelopes in my purse. The order is important do not you think?

    1. Yes, I agree...I can't stand when my bag is full of"I don't know what"! And, as my new bag is a medium size, it would be a real mess!

  13. What a fun and beautiful bag. And what a joy to purchase it for half the price! You styled it well with your trousers and trenchcoat. All attention on the bag.
I laughed aot reading your post. "The special light on my face"; "the bag on my left arm", "the bag on my right arm" hahaha.
As you know I have a "bag in bag" instead of three envelopes. The thing is, I bought a new purse for my money and the shape is not very handy for my bag-in-bag. Stupid me.

    3. While I was preparing my post I felt myself a little silly ... I was talking of a bag as it was a baby! But I really am happy when I can have something which I consider beautiful!
A bag in bag is another good solution to change bags quickly!

    1. I have always loved that brand because their bags are made with great care and have a modern look. But they are expensive, and it isn't very easy to buy them in clearance...
A good week to you too!
